By accessing or using Luxmat.shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.


1. Product Information

  • All Luxmat mats are custom made to order. We aim to achieve the best possible fit using data from our database, manufacturer specifications, or customer-provided measurements. While many fits are exact, minor variations are possible due to differences in vehicle interiors and measurement accuracy.

  • If your car model is not in our database, we will send up to three follow-up emails requesting your car mat measurements.

    • If no response is received, our team will proceed using available data (internal specifications, online sources, or reference models).

    • By not providing measurements, you acknowledge and accept that fitting errors may occur, and these do not qualify for refunds or returns.

  • Even if measurements are provided, slight inaccuracies may still occur due to production methods and natural variations in vehicle interiors. By submitting measurements, you acknowledge this risk and agree it does not qualify as a product defect or grounds for refund.

  • In rare cases, you may be asked to send us your existing mats for reference to ensure a proper fit.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that product details are 100% error-free.


2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Important:

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is final.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed, manufactured, or shipped — including cases of accidental purchase, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect vehicle selection.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after measurements are confirmed (or after placement if measurements are not required).

  • Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days; express shipping takes 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Luxmat is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or external disruptions.

  • Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, Luxmat is not responsible for loss, theft, or non-receipt.


4. Warranty & Guarantee

  • We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

  • This applies only to unused items returned in original packaging and does not cover fit variations, customer error, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Our guarantee does not override these Terms or allow refunds outside the listed conditions.


5. Return & Refund Restrictions

Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Fit variances due to missing or inaccurate measurements, even if submitted.

  • Claims based on “not fitting as expected” when mats were custom manufactured for your order.

  • Used, worn, damaged, or installed products.

  • Items not returned in original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Claims of non-delivery where tracking shows a completed delivery.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in original condition, and sent at the buyer’s expense to our return center in Henan, China.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs, including express fees, are non-refundable.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on Luxmat.shop — including logos, text, graphics, product images, and designs — is the exclusive property of Luxmat and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Luxmat, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

  • Buyer error in vehicle selection, fit, or measurement submission.

  • Delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by third parties.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. By using our site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Australia for any disputes that may arise.
