60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. That’s why LuxMat offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your mats, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund (subject to the conditions below).


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Henan, China for refund.


Product Fit Policy

Our mats are engineered for a custom-style fit and designed to suit a wide range of vehicles, including sedans and SUVs. However, they are not custom-manufactured for every single vehicle model unless otherwise stated.

If your car model is not currently in our database, we will send you up to three separate email requests for photos of your existing mats with measurements. These photos allow us to create the most accurate fit possible.

  • If you do not provide the requested photos, our expert team will still do their absolute best to create mats to suit your vehicle using available data.

  • Please note: in these cases, minor fitting variances may occur, and by not providing measurements, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

  • Even if measurements are provided, because mats are hand-crafted and vehicle interiors can vary slightly, small inaccuracies in fit may still occur. By submitting measurements, you acknowledge this possibility and agree that it does not qualify for a refund or return.

👉 Important: Orders cannot be refunded, cancelled, or returned due to fitting errors, regardless of whether measurement photos were provided or not. Custom-fit mats are manufactured specifically for your order, and once production begins, they cannot be resold or repurposed.

This policy ensures fairness to both parties and protects against misuse of our satisfaction guarantee.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Claims for non-delivery when the tracking shows a completed delivery

  • Refund requests related to fit issues (with or without measurement photos)


Refunds

  • We do not refund if you change your mind after purchasing.

  • The only post-purchase change allowed is to update the delivery address (before shipment).

  • Once your return is received and approved, and if it meets the returnable conditions, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs (including express fees) are non-refundable.
