All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. During this time, your Luxmat floor mats are prepared, inspected for quality, and securely packaged for shipment. Please know that it can take us 5-7 extra days on top of this if we are experiencing high volumes of sales.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Luxmat is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays or Issues
We are not liable for shipping delays due to natural events, customs holds, or carrier disruptions. If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
